Trousers cut high at the waist with two pleats released from the waistband, so the fabric falls straight from the hip instead of following the thigh. The leg is wide and long enough to break over the shoe. Slanted pockets sit into the side seam and stay flat. The cloth is smooth with a matte finish and holds a crease down the front of the leg.
